About cook drink love

How lovely that you’re here – welcome to cook drink love, where we don’t just cook, but take you on a journey to Europe’s finest culinary treasures. Cook drink love is Daniela, Marcel, and our children.

Our mission is to share the enthusiasm we feel for high-quality food and its stories. We take you into a world full of taste experiences that have stood the test of time. For us, tradition and quality come first. And we want to be authentic. More than ten years ago, we were already active on cook drink love and Attensaat, typing away and publishing countless recipes and articles. Back then, we even filmed for the German TV show Galileo and built a vertical garden for the windowsill. We also modeled for the DIY magazine “Selbst ist der Mann” for several years, and our images appeared in a children’s seed bomb playset by Kosmos, as well as in many publications – for example, our salad tree in “Bild der Frau”.

Now, years later, we’ve decided to revive that wonderful time – with a new direction. We want to take your senses on an adventure. We explore the most charming corners of Europe to discover treasures with tradition and certifications such as PDO/AOP, PGI/IGP, and other quality and origin seals—and to tell their stories. Imagine wines whispering from the past, cheeses revealing secrets of ancient affineur art, and spices that make your palate dance. Currently, we’re especially captivated by oil sardines—but you’ll have to be a little patient for that!

We also want to start doing (culinary) projects ourselves again.

You’re invited to join us on this flavorful journey. Here you’ll find not only recipes, but also a tribute to the origins of taste. Together we explore the diversity, tradition, and little secrets that make food true treasures.

Grab a coffee, relax, and dive into the world of cook drink love. Because this is about more than just food. It’s about celebrating life and its pleasures—with full joy and full mouths!

We’d love it if you visit us often! And even more so if you write to us or follow us—so we can hear directly what you think of our stories.

Daniela, Marcel, and Noah

P.S.: We’ll also gradually republish our earlier posts.
